Ingredients
1 box Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Premium Cake Mix
¼ cup oil
1 egg
⅓ cup heavy whipping cream or half and half
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 tub Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Confetti Vanilla Flavored Frosting
Preparation Instructions
- PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper overhanging on the sides. Spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
- ADD all ingredients, except frosting to a medium mixing bowl. Mix by hand, with a stand mixer, or a hand mixer, until fully combined.
- ADD dough to prepared baking pan.
- BAKE for 20-23 minutes. Cool completely.
- REMOVE all foil bits from frosting tub. Microwave for 30 seconds or until melted and pourable. Pour melted frosting over the blondies. Top with sprinkles from frosting lid. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
- USING the parchment paper overhanging on the sides, gently lift the bars from the baking pan. Cut bars into squares.
