1 box Funfetti® Vanilla Premium Cake Mix

2 cups white chocolate chips

½ cup vegetable oil

3 eggs

1 cup milk

1 tub Funfetti® Confetti Vanilla Flavored Frosting

Piping bag

Optional: ice cream

Preparation Instructions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Spray a 9x13 pan with nonstick cooking spray. Scatter white chocolate chips on the bottom of the baking pan.
  2. ADD Funfetti cake mix to a medium bowl. Add in eggs, milk and oil to the bowl and mix until fully combined with a stand mixer, hand mixer or a whisk. Pour cake batter into the baking dish on top of the chocolate chips.
  3. SPOON frosting into a piping bag without a piping tip. Snip off the end of the piping bag. Pipe frosting into the cake batter, dispersing across the baking dish. Using a butter knife, swirl and mix the frosting into the batter.
  4. BAKE for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Optional: cover the cake in the last 5 minutes of baking with aluminum foil to prevent excess browning. Remove cake from oven and allow to cool completely. Serve with ice cream and top with sprinkles from frosting lid.
